Bronson:
12 minutes of Z2 Cardio, run, row, bike, ruck or whatever
3 minutes of heavy loaded carry, Farmer's walk for preference

Difficulty
S: 1/4 bodyweight carry each side or lighter if needed
M: 1/3 bodyweight carry each side
L: Half body weight carry each side
XL: 50%+ bodyweight carry each side

Duration
S: 1-2 rounds
M: 2-3 rounds
L: 4 rounds
XL: 4-6 rounds

If you are new to holding Zone 2 cardio, it can be hard.
Feel free to hold Zone 2 as long as you can and then drop the intensity down so you can keep going and get in extra rounds.
