Wednesday 13th December,

Swim day: Build up to an hour or more if you can manage it.

If you need recovery, go gently (Zone 1)
If you need challenge, go Zone 2. 
If you want to mix it up swim a Farrtlek session, 50m fast, 200m recovery x as many sets as you can fit in the time you have available.

If you can’t swim, put a rucksack on and go for a walk in nature.
